			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I&#8217;d heard rumors of 3G service in the Camp Hill, PA area, and indeed, my G1 would say, &#8220;G&#8221; on it, which led me to believe it was a 3G connection. Then I went to Washington, DC, where my phone had &#8220;3G&#8221; on it. Normally, in Harrisburg, PA it has an &#8220;E.&#8221;</p>
<p>This morning, while standing outside my house, I noticed it said &#8220;3G&#8221; for the first time in this area. I&#8217;ve consistently seen it all day. So looks like we&#8217;re finally moving up in the world.</p>
